411 Field Management

Terms of Service

The terms that apply when a business uses 411 Field Management.

Last updated: 4 October 2026

About these terms

411 is supplied by KACED DIGITAL LTD, company number 17366002, registered at Stortford Grange, Jenkins Lane, Bishop’s Stortford, England, CM22 7QL. These terms apply to business use of 411. By creating an account or using the service, the account holder agrees to them for their business and authorised users.

The service

411 helps trade businesses organise customers, leads, quotes, jobs, calendars, invoices, expenses, team access and related communications. Features may evolve as we improve the product. We will not deliberately remove a core paid function without reasonable notice unless needed for security, law or service protection.

Suggestions produced by Ask 411 or other automated features are assistance, not professional legal, tax, accounting or trade advice. Users must review and approve consequential actions and remain responsible for their business records and decisions.

AI assisted features and providers

Some 411 features use artificial intelligence to interpret requests and prepare drafts or proposed actions. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable. Users must check and approve outputs before relying on them, sending them or committing changes. The Business Customer remains responsible for resulting quotes, invoices, notes, reminders, communications and decisions.

These features are delivered through Base44’s AI integration. To respond to a request, 411 sends the submitted prompt and selected relevant workspace context to that integration. This may include customer names, job details or notes, depending on the feature. Base44’s published subprocessor directory includes OpenAI and Anthropic as providers of language-model API services. The provider used may vary by feature or request; naming them does not mean every request is sent to both.

Base44’s published terms permit it to use Customer Data and generated outputs to maintain, provide and improve its platform and other Company services, including training the Company’s software tools, such as artificial intelligence and machine-learning models. That wording refers to the Company’s tools; it does not itself establish that OpenAI or Anthropic use 411 data to train their own models.

Personal data is subject to applicable data-processing agreements and data protection law. Base44’s published Data Processing Addendum states that it uses personal data only to provide its services, or following full anonymisation or on an aggregated basis. It places corresponding purpose restrictions on its subprocessors. The software-improvement rights described above must be read alongside these personal-data restrictions.

Base44’s published Privacy Policy states that it does not rent or sell personal information. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute blanket consent from the Business Customer’s clients to unrelated uses of their personal data, or remove any party’s obligations under data protection law.

Users must include only information needed for the requested task and must not submit prohibited sensitive information. Kaced may impose limits, add warnings, block unsafe prompts or suspend AI functionality. The Privacy Notice explains personal-data processing and international transfers.

Trials, subscriptions and payment

  • The standard free trial lasts 14 days and does not require a card to begin.
  • Paid plans, prices, included seats and billing dates are shown before purchase.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Payments and billing details are handled securely by Stripe.
  • You can manage or cancel billing through the secure billing portal.

Cancellation affects future renewal according to the date shown in the billing portal. Fees already charged are not normally refundable, except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise. We will provide reasonable notice of material price changes.

Accounts and authorised users

The account holder must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure, manage team permissions and promptly remove people who should no longer have access. Activity performed through an authorised account is treated as activity of the subscribing business unless reported to us as unauthorised.

Your information and acceptable use

You retain ownership of information and materials entered into 411 and give us permission to process them to provide, secure and support the service, and for the software-improvement purposes described above, subject to applicable data-processing restrictions and law. You must not use 411 unlawfully, upload harmful material, infringe another person’s rights, attempt to bypass security, disrupt the service or access another business’s workspace without authority.

Our intellectual property

411, its software, design, branding and documentation belong to KACED DIGITAL LTD or its licensors. A valid subscription grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for the subscribing business. It does not transfer ownership of the product.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a dependable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, supplier outages, internet failures or urgent security work may affect access. Businesses should keep any records or contingency arrangements reasonably necessary for time-critical work.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from user-entered errors, unauthorised access caused by a user, or reliance on unreviewed automated suggestions.

Suspension, closure and governing law

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, security or the service, investigate serious misuse, or address unpaid charges. You may close your account by contacting us. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Notice.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Contact support@kaced-digital.co.uk if you have questions.
